Adam and Jonathan Krehm now manage the company their father, William, founded in Toronto in 1955. O'Shanter has its roots as a small housing business localized in the central Toronto. The business slowly expanded and shifted its focus to rental apartments. The company has further developed and currently has interests in a diverse portfolio that includes the management and ownership of commercial properties, rental apartments, and single unit housing .

Our 24/7/365 emergency response plan features access to our maintenance team for round-the-clock response to unexpected situations. Because of this preparation strategy, our property managers and general manager can provide direction and respond to emergencies where required.
