In 2002 O'Shanter Development Company developed a Quality Management System which commited the company to international standards of operational and environmental standards established by the International Standards Organization (ISO).
O'Shanter was the first property management company in Canada to achieve ISO 9001 Quality Management and ISO14001 Environmental Management certifications. Every year, our operations are audited internally by our own staff and externally by a certified international auditor to ensure that we continue to meet the high standards we have set for the management of our company.
