Tenant Surveys:
In addition to unsolicited input from tenants, we conduct confidential Tenant Surveys in all of our buildings on a regular basis. We ask specific questions about the operation of the building, quality of staff, response to repair requests and the mechanical and structural systems in the building.
Consistently, the survey responses we receive indicate a high level of satisfaction from our tenants. They also indicate areas of concern and suggestions from our tenants about ways we could improve our buildings. These surveys are reviewed by senior management and owners and responses are discussed and implemented. While we are not always able to resolve every concern raised satisfactorily, we do take this input seriously and it becomes important to our annual planning for upgrades to our buildings.
